Manager needed for the new The Monk´s Bunk - Imaginary Hostel

Hello there!

We are looking for someone to manage our hostel in Tallinn’s Old Town. Previously the place was known as Imaginary Hostel, but we have made some major upgrades including a bar, with the aim to become the nr.1 travelers hostel in Tallinn, bringing the legendary The Monk´s Bunk hostel back to life.

We are looking for somebody with:
- staff management skills
- high cleaning standards
- customer service/people skills
- an eye for detail
- self-initiative
- an outgoing personality

What we need you to do is:
- make sure the hostel runs smoothly on an operational level
- handle the duties that come with the job (front desk, administration/cash handling, back-office systems, etc)
- take the lead in creating a backpackers hostel atmosphere

Experience as a hostel manager or worker is a huge plus.
