REMOTE: Travel Operations Coordinator at Hacker Paradise

Responsibilities:
- Research and propose itineraries based on HP trips and locations requirements for 20 cities each year
- Research for experiences and cities to create a different experience for our community
- Making and confirming accommodation reservations for a group of 20+ in each city based on strict requirements
- Making and confirming coworking reservations for a group of 20+ in each city based on strict requirements
- Managing relationships with accommodation hosts and managers
- Managing relationships with coworking hosts and managers
- Negotiate contracts and rates with service providers
- Intermediate the payments for service providers with the finance team
- Support on defining the strategy, scope and process to ensure a seamless experience for HP members globally
- Oversee and directly lead all complex project management and communication activities with relevant stakeholders for the planning and executing of the trips
- Handover of specifics and logistics to trip leaders so they can run the trip on the ground
- Work in tandem with the sales team and regularly communicates any issues or concerns with the sales representative
- Foster an approachable rapport with service providers and trip leaders to create an enjoyable client experience


Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Communication & interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain highly effective and collaborative relationships
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to inspire confidence among partners and service providers
- Strong professional computing skills
- Web-savvy
- Multitasking - knows how to prioritize
- Efficient and timely
- Collaborative & team player
- Effective communicator with regular correspondence with team and trip leaders (answering questions related to upcoming trips, solving issues, etc.).
- High standard for always providing accurate information and timely responses
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Comfortable in a constant-facing people role so that interaction from providers/trip leader's perspective feels fluid
