After several years in the travel industry, I'm ready to take the next step and explore opportunities to start my own hostel. Here's what I'm looking for:

- Location: Preferably Brazil or Central America, though Europe is an option for the right opportunity.
- Business Partner: Someone who can match my investment.
- Operational Flexibility: Willing to rotate management twice a year if it's a high-demand tourist destination.
- Hostel Size: Ideally, a mid-sized hostel with 50+ beds.

Any knowledge or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also looking for a business partner to set up a hostel with. To be clear, I have no experinece in this industry. However, I have been developing a business plan that involves talking with established hostel owners so I can understand the industry better.
