Here am talking about setting up a New hostel with immense growth. The initial design for the Hostel has been laid out that describes the uniqueness of the venture, the structure, services, and products offered etc. This will be a conceptual hostel that will offer a value throughout the stay of the travelers, Yoga, craft, Life skills, etc will be a part of Hostel environment. With zero waste management, this hostel will be a cost-efficient venture that'll invite travelers from all around the world to contribute. The aim is to make this Hostel a self-sustainable little world of its own.I have laid the plan for the proposed hostel which is going to be a unique project that will help in shaping the method of hostelling. It'll be a medium sized Hostel with accomodation for all types, ranging from beautiful camp house, aesthetic dorms, and comfortable private suit to cater all types of travelers with any budget. This is going to be cost effecient venture where Hostel Structure will be carried out by DIY projects on used material. Hostel will be a hub for people to stay, play, work, and connect. The plan for the hostel ensures the inclusiveness of people from different roots who'll be staying and working with hostel. The Hostel will provide a Value to the customers apart from stay, complimentary breakfast, bar/cafe, Activities etc. I have already worked upon Logistics, Operations, Front Desk and Management Softwares, Bar/Cafe(I have some great ideas for this), Revenue, Pricing, Staffing, Entertainment, Hostel Decor, Costs, Hostel Policies, Vendors, Marketing, Competitors etc. Lastly, To make this venture a success We need to work 4 main pillars which are Service, Price, Location and Vibe.
