Belfast hostel manager

60 Bed hostel in Belfast looking for 2 separate individuals(no couples or friends) or one energetic person to manage my hostel in Belfast
As mentioned its a 60 bed hostel with food permission so we do a hot breakfast and dinners(all simple)

I am looking for two people to share the responsibility(so you dont work all the time) To run the hostel and keep the reviews high.

Hostel is run using volunteers and a manager mostly. Volenteers get free accommodation and the chance to get a part time job in return for working 3 hours a day to help with the cleaning and breakfast and one long night shift a week.

You will get £100 a week each or £150 if there is only one manager and share a room with the other guy/girl running the hostel.

Preferably looking for people that can start asap. Must have hostel experience and reverences from hostels. When applying mention the hostels you worked at and any relevant experience. I use backpackonline at the moment but are looking for a better channel manager
