Do you want to manage your own hostel?

BED Hostel in Colombo, Sri Lanka is looking for a new manager to join their young and friendly team of travellers. We're a new hostel which is already receiving rave reviews (check us out on Tripadvisor Tripadvisor reviews).

We are looking for someone who:

is energetic and enthusiastic about the hostel industry and travel in general
has experience in management, ideally in other hostels
who has experience in customer service and knows what makes a great experience
who is organised and proactive in their tasks


The hostel is small with 20 beds but will be expanding shortly. You will be overseeing this expansion whilst ensuring our reviews maintain their great standard.
