An Exciting Opportunity to work and explore the Paradise Island of Sri Lanka.
We are a newly opened chain of hostels in Sri Lanka, looking for friendly, energetic and a responsible person to be part of the excitement and challenge to be involved in a brand new hostel chain. The vacancy will be available from mid November 2014 onwards.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of one of the Hostels supported by a team who will assist with the day to day operations.
These Uniquely designed Hostels will be taking hostel accommodation in Sri Lanka to a new level and this will be a great opportunity for those who are looking to work and explore Sri Lanka.
Although experience in working in Hostels elsewhere is not a prerequisite, priority will be given to those who have previously worked in hostels and hospitality industry.
It is extremely important for the potential candidate to have good customer service knowledge and ability to guide the team to deliver a great experience to the guests. Spoken and written English is Mandatory.
Should be willing work for a minimum period of 6 months and preference will be given to those who can commit upto 1 year.
Accommodation will be provided and other terms and conditions of employment including salary/allowance/working hours etc will be discussed individually.
