EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT MANAGER, bar tender, gardener, promoter, handy-man.
Want to work and live on the beach in Mexico? We're looking for an energetic, positive, hard-working, friendly, self-motivated, talented, and experienced individual to become part of our team. The job includes hostel promotion, customer relations, bar tending, kitchen support, property maintenance, and event planning. We work on a profit sharing basis that allows our employees to benefit from their hard work and ideas. The position is full time, paid, and available now.
REQUIRED:
Plenty of service industry experience, especially bar tending, cooking, and waiting.
Superior organization skills.
Team player skills.
Positive attitude.
Strong work ethic.
Honest.
General maintenance or light construction experience.
Fluent English and Spanish skills.
NOTE: Our restaurant and kitchen are 100% vegetarian. We make most of our food from scratch, on-site. We prepare homemade tempeh, tofu, veg milks, sauces, hummus, creams, burgers, vegan breads, etc.
Our bar specializes in Oaxacan mezcal and cocktails made from the same.
No dogs allowed in the hostel.
Puerto Escondido can be very hot and humid. Ready for this climate?
