Full time NIGHT RECEPTIONIST

ASAP!! We are looking for night shift receptionist for our beautiful hostels in Madrid.

Position description for Full time NIGHT RECEPTIONIST: working 40 hours a week/ 8 hours per shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 4 nights plus 1 afternoon per week. You may be required to work over the weekends. More details will be given at the interview stage.

We require a good level of English & Spanish. It could be also a live-in position.

* Strong customer service skills, including dealing a variety of guests and situations
* Ability to manage many tasks in good time, including: emails, answering the phone, checking in guests
* Ability to do night audits and no shows
* Accurately handle money, dealing with payments and give out correct change.
* Good Security and Health & Safety Awareness
* Previous reception experience would be a big advantage with hostel experience even more of a bonus.
* Ability to work in a team
* Work experience
