Hostel Job In South East of Ireland
We are looking for some general help in a hostel and guesthouse in Waterford City in the South East of Ireland.
The work is fairly broad - cleaning, some maintenance, reception, making breakfast, occasional night shifts etc. Ideally you will have some experience in working in hostels, guesthouses or similar (particularly some experience with processing bookings and channel managers).
The hostel is owner-operated with 1 other paid staff and 3 helpers. We need someone who is willing to take full responsibility for certain aspects of the business (depending on the candidate and their skills we will split the areas of responsibility but the areas we are looking to pass on are either cleaning, bookings, marketing, maintenance or a combination of these things). Outside of taking specific responsibility for one or more areas, there will also be general hostel work.
We need someone to stay for at least 1 year.
