The friendliest hostels in Manchester are looking for staff to join their team.
Hatters (the original hostel) and Hilton Chambers (the newest addition to The Hatters Group) happily taking care of backpackers, travellers and people looking for quality budget accommodation.
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing people to work full-time on reception.
You’ll need to work either 7.30-3.30pm or 3-11pm and some weekends too.
Please note: this is live out position only, rate is £6.00 per hour.
You must be communicative, friendly with positive attitude, computer literate and speak fluent English but you don’t have to have experience as we will train you (though it would be useful!). You also have to present valid work permit (where applicable), and willing to stay for minimum of 6 months.
Your duties will include checking guests in and out, taking reservations over the phone or in person, cash-handling, answering loads of questions about travel and sightseeing in and around Manchester/UK/Europe/wherever and making our guests feel at home (most importantly)
