Job Description:
As our Hostel Manager, you’ll be the friendly face and the driving force behind everything that happens here. You’ll keep the hostel running smoothly, make sure our guests have an amazing experience, and support our fantastic team. Your day will be full of variety from greeting new arrivals and organizing cool social events to handling bookings and keeping everything clean and cozy.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience managing a hostel, hotel, or similar is great — but your passion for people and hospitality is what really counts
• You’re super organized, great at juggling tasks, and love solving problems on the fly
• Communication is your thing — you connect easily with guests and team members alike
• You’re flexible, adaptable, and ready to dive in whenever needed
• Experience with booking and management software is a plus
• You bring positive energy and a friendly attitude that makes everyone feel welcome
• You care about creating a fun, safe, and inclusive space for travelers from all over the world
