Hostel volunteer (live-in, free lunch) needed in the beautiful Old Town of Vilnius, Lithuania

Hi all ;)

we are a hostel and bar open for the first 3 months in the beautiful Old Town of Vilnius, Lithuania and we are wondering if there are any possible volunteer not afraid to come and join our team during the winter season in the Baltics ;) there MIGHT be lots of snow so we need a person who is not afraid of that ;)

we need a person to help us in various tasks, maximum 1-2 hours of cleaning/making beds per day, also help with reception work sometimes and keeping the good atmosphere in our little hostel (36 beds in total), as we call it - mingling with the guests ;)
Besides, as you will stay in one of the dormitories (4 beds dorm orv 6 beds dorm) we would like you to take care if there are some extraordinary late check-in's or smth like that - but usually there is no work at nights. You can have totally free days when you need of course - everything can be arranged, communication is the key :) winter season is usually pretty calm, especially on weekdays, while weekends tend to be more active + parties happening in our bar ;)

we have a bar/restaurant together with the hostel, so you will get the same discounts for the meals/drinks menu as all employees + free lunch menu, coffee, tea. Free WiFi, of course ;) we have a little kitchenette so you can cook small meals for yourself as well.

It is possible that later you would become not only a volunteer, but paid worker, if somebody of the "old-timers" would leave (but can not promise that now, hehe).

We need an easy going person with a good sense of humor - also not afraid of black humor ;)

Fluent English is a must, Russian is a big plus, other languages are a plus too.

Please send your motivational letter and CV with some travel-photo to: sleep (at) v4vilnius.lt
(don't post it all on this thread, please)

we are waiting for you, Braveheart ;)
