I will be creating a hostel in New York. I am looking for a full time General Manager that can advise about how to create a website, set up a hostel, train staff with a pms system, manage the property by overseeing the creation & execution of employee management programs, safety programs, marketing plans, budgets, sales activities, cost containment, property maintenance, & security.
