looking for somebody to RENT or buy our hostel in Colombia
I am selling or renting the more than 3 years old hostel in Mocoa, capital of the Putumayo department in Colombia.

It is the only hostel in the hole department on an unique place, in front of one of Mocoa´s most popular swimming holes. We are at the gate of the amazons and on the (2) roads that lead to Ecuador.
As owner I want to move to another part of Colombia for personal reasons and cannot combinate the hostel with my new job.
The hostel is picking up every year together with the tenniscourt that we rent to local people.
The hostel is mencioned in several guides such as LONELY PLANET, PETIT FUTÉ, VIVA TRAVEL GUIDES, FOOTPRINT TRAVEL GUIDES, COLOMBIAN HOSTELS, COLOMBIA FÁCIL etc.. We are mencioned on many websites and have good comments on TRIPADVISOR.
Mocoa and surroundings have a lot to offer to the nature lovers. Eco-tourism is picking up and the potential of the region is very big!
We have foreign tourists, local tourists, local couples, business people... as clients.

In case of selling, we ask 315.000.000 cop for the hole property with everything included.
In case of renting, we ask 2.100.000 cop a month. Of course in case of renting there will be some conditions like obligation to continue with the name and activity of the hostel. We cannot risk lozing the good reputation and clients that the name of the hostel brings us.
