Management job for this season in the sunny south of Europe

One of our relations has requested us to run the selection procedure for a temporary hostel manager. The hostel is in Saranda, Albania at the Adriatic coast.

Description and requirements:
- Hostel management experience is required and needs to be verifiable
- For the period of 1st of June (or earlier) until end of October
- English
- Management skills and duties (staff will be backpackers working for accommodation) + hands on mentality yourself: cleaning, making sure everything runs smoothly, keeping sufficient stock to carry out duties of the hostel, organising buying and cooking of staff food.
-Organise activities and ensuring all guests are happy.
