Milan, Italy - experienced receptionist needed - paid work

Hi everyone!
Here's Carlo from Ostello Bello, a top rated hostel in Milan - Italy.

We are looking for someone who really wants to work in our hostel. (www.ostellobello.com / https://www.facebook.com/Ostello.Bello)
It could be a short term job but we'd prefer someone who's looking for a long term job (at least 8/12 months).
In this case, 40hs/week for 1200€/month (+ 13th & 14th month paid= around 1440€/month plus incentives) - free breakfast, lunch & dinner + staff prices for the bar (more than a 70% discount for everything).
If you don't love people and if you don't want to help us in trying to be the best hostel in Italy, don't send any email.

We are looking for someone who
-speaks fluent English + speaks Italian (basic or intermediate)+ another lenguage
-is positive, enthusiastic, friendly and smiley with good customer skills
-doesn't mind hard work (including extra-cleaning)
-is outgoing and enjoys socialising with guests

Receptionist work in Ostello Bello means:
-giving his/her best anytime with the guests
-check-in/check-out - backoffice
-spending time with the guests
-social media
-all the crazy staff that you are used to do when you work in places like hostels
- helpin' the guys at the bar when it's too crowded (keep in mind that our bar is open to the locals too)
-keeping under control the cleanliness and manteinance works
