Need help ASAP to open hostel in sunny Sevilla with possibility to stay as work exchange for high season

We are looking for 2-3 energetic volunteers to help us open our beautiful hostel in the heart of sunny Sevilla until mid March. Help is needed with painting, cleaning, and fixing up stuff around the hostel to be able to open it for guests as soon as possible. We would expect you to help us mostly in the mornings for about 4 hours per day. In retun, you get a free bed in one of the dorms, free breakfast, free laundry and WIFI. Lunch and dinners will be cooked together in order to save money. Also, you would be able to join tours and pubcrawls for free starting from our bigger sister hostel just 5mins away.
There is also the opportunity to keep you on as workexchange for longer if youre european as we would give you a contract which is only possible if youre from the EU or send you to another location of ours in Spain or Portugal. No special skills required.
