Red Emperor Hostel and Bar is looking for new crew members, Come to Tallinn, Estonia and party with us!

What we are looking for:
* motivation, strong work ethics
* advanced level of English (no other language is required)
* ability and willingness to work as part of a team
* customer service skills
* eye for detail
* basic understanding of hostels and possibly of bars
* outgoing personality, initiative, keen to socialise

What we offer:
* great international team (beard friendly, mainly Estonian+Australian)
* half and full time positions (2 to 5 shifts of 8 hours per week)
* decent salary which is enough to cover expenses while living in Estonia
* accommodation in staff flat (one room would be shared between 2-3 people)
* staff priced drinks, team events

What you would be doing:
* one week trial period as a volunteer (accommodation included, 2 shifts per week)
* afterwards working according to schedule (morning/afternoon/night shifts)
* checking in and out guests, answering their questions
* being responsible for invoicing, the till and cash intakes
* organising / preparing for guests events as hostel dinners, pub crawls
* getting guests involved, making sure they are well looked after
* maintaining a quiet, well supervised, safe environment especially at night
* regularly checking bathrooms and kitchen and cleaning them
* doing laundry
