The San Juan International Hostel is offering Work-Exchange
Would you like to be the next VolunTourist at the San Juan International Hostel?
The 3-time award-winning SJIHostel is a welcoming, fun, and friendly environment. We are currently looking for an individual with video-editing knowledge to be our next VolunTourist.
He/She will be required to stay on-site, and will be offered free accommodation within one of our shared rooms as payment.
We would love for the Volun-Tourist to accomplish the following:
• Produce short film/footage of our Hostel and the surrounding neighborhood in Santurce, and San Juan
• Edit the films to include captions and other basic effects (such as music or voice-over)
• Post the films to our already established SJIHostel YouTube page, and possibly to our website, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
It will be necessary for the individual to provide and use their own camera and equipment. We do have a basic laptop computer for guests to use, but there is no film/photo editing program available (bringing your own computer might be a good idea).
