Searching for an in-house General Manager to operate network of hostels and mini-hotels in Moscow.

We operate one large hostel and two mini-hotels in the center of Moscow. Staff of 12.

We are looking for a committed manager to :
- Manage operations (front desk, admin, cash flow, back office systems, cleaning and maintenance.
- Lead by example and develop an exciting atmosphere exciting to both customers and staff

Position reports directly to American owner.

Experience of working as a hostel manager is a huge plus.
