Hello there, We are looking for a new general manager to run Tallinn Backpackers and sister hostels, which includes five hostels all in the city center (Old Town). Partying, having fun and socializing with guests is what keeps us going. We are looking for somebody with: - organizing skills - staff management skills - high cleaning standards - customer service/people-skills - an eye for details - pro active thinking skills - outgoing personality What we need you to do is: - make sure all hostels are run smoothly on an operational level - manage the staff - go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great time - handle the duties that come with the job (front desk, cleaning, administration/cash handling, back office systems, etc) As it is not a 9-5 job, we need your full dedication. Experience as a hostel manager or worker is a huge plus.
