!! Two assistant managers needed for a 60-bed hostel in Belfast, Northern Ireland !!
It's a 60-bed backpackers hostel in Belfast, Northern Ireland. £150 per person per week. The two of you will be sharing one room. Shared bathroom.
Main duties - 3.5 days a week each. You can come up with your own rota. When it is your shift, you will be required to stay in the hostel and make sure it is run properly - cleanliness, stock control, bookings, breakfast etc. There are 8 other volunteers working as well so you will have to supervise them and make sure they are trained properly. You can make extra money by doing walking tours/ pub crawls. We do collective responsibility so both of you would have to check on each other's work and co-operate and work with each other.

*Doesn't matter how experienced you are, we would prefer all managers to start as a volunteer(£50) for a week first. We believed that this is the best way for you to learn how the hostel is being run currently. Please only apply if you are happy with the arrangement. Thanks
