Volunteers Wanted in Edinburgh!
We already have the highest rated hostel in Edinburgh under our belt, now we're growing!
Housed in a converted courthouse and jail, our new pod hostel, right on the Royal Mile in the heart of the Old Town, is now open and we need your help to welcome our guests and keep it sparkling clean.
As all our beds are brand new and rooms newly refurbished, cleaning is a doddle.
We'll give you a cosy Pod in a shared room, as well as breakfast- We serve freshly made waffles every day!
We have a couple of different options for helpers, Either 3 nights a week (11:30-6:30 alongside a full time staff member). You'd be doing some simple cleaning in the common areas, prepping breakfast as well as doing checks of the building to keep our guests happy and safe throughout the night.
We're also on the hunt for housekeeping helpers to help our full-time cleaning team keep our hostel squeaky clean.
4 x 5 hour shifts a week, usually either 7am-12pm or 1030am-330pm.
Shifts will include making beds, cleaning rooms and bathrooms as well as corridors and common areas. Also helping out with serving breakfast for our guests.
