We are looking for 2-3 friendly and fun volunteers for reception housekeeping shifts. If you're an international traveler temporarily in San Diego for 1-3 months, and have a plan to continue your onward overseas travel, we would be very happy to meet you. Most of our positions are quickly filled by guests already staying with us, wanting to extend their time in gorgeous, sunny San Diego. But often there arises a need for a few more fun loving, free spirited souls. We offer part time volunteer positions in exchange for your accommodation.
This is a work for stay position. You will be required to work 21 hours for your bed.

R.K. Hostel is in the heart of Little Italy. Within walking distance to downtown San Diego and San Diego Bay. 2 streets away from San Diego harbor tours. Close to many area attractions such as Seaport Village, Petco Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park and several museums. San Diego's famous Anthology club is just blocks away.
Close to clubs, restaurant row and shopping.
Free Breakfast with Cereal,Toast,Peanut Butter and Fresh Fruit.
Dinner schedule:
Spaghetti and Salad Sundays,
Taco Tuesdays,
BBQ Hamburger Thursdays
and complimentary tea,coffee and Home made Cake Saturdays.

X-Box360 for our guests who are gamers.
Enjoy a great night out on the town with our Limousine service ($20) Per person for 3 hours minimum 8 ppl.
Check in 8am-10pm
Public transportation is just minutes away.
Accommodations include an upstairs patio with an ocean view for meeting or relaxing. Ocean view rooms. Very clean; recently remodeled. Cozy intimate atmosphere. Friendly staff. Breakfast and snacks offered. A happy relaxed atmosphere! There is plenty of free on-street parking.

Monday Nights: Bowling Night/ both locations.
Tuesday Nights: Beer Pong at both locations
Wednesday Nights: Karaoke night at the R.K. Hostel.
Thursday Night: Dart Tournament at the R.K. Hostel.
Friday Night: Part Bus/ Both locations.
Saturday Night: Free Night Raffle/ both locations
