We are looking for b]Receptionists NIGHTSHIFT
for our brand new wombat's City Hostel London
•You need to be an EU citizen or have an EU working permit.
A plus is if you already live in London, no accomodation offered.
•You absolutely need to be able to handle any sort of situation in English.
•A passion for guest service from Backpackers for Backpackers
•Excellent communication skills
•Open, social caring and straightforward character who is also not afraid of sometimes an occational stressful time
•You need to have the required brains and self-confidence to handle tricky situations.
•Running a hostel is teamwork! No prima donnas, please ;-)!
Your tasks:
•a receptionist with a smile in his face is the first impression of a hostel guest by
entering the hostel - be a great host and offer our guests the best customer service
•reservation procedures Check-in/ Check-out for single travellers and groups
•checking booking situation, daily/weekly/monthly/seasons
•checking occupancy
•reservation procedures Check-in/ Check-out for single travellers and groups
•boost fully booked days
•provide sightseeing information's and insider's tips about London for our hostel guests
•answer customer mails
•cooperation with housekeeping and other departments, for example to offer early check-ins
