Hostel Professionals: get access to your own personal hostel expert for answers and advice
Our Hostel Professional's Library is the largest organized repository of information related to the business of owning and operating your hostel. Topics include planning, management, marketing, operations, building community, finance, how-to's, insider tips and much more. If we don't have the answer, we'll find it for you!
How it works
Darren Overby has been working in the hostel industry for over 31 years and has operated his small hostel in San Francisco as a successful, profitable and fun lifestyle business for over 28 years. His hostel has been called the “Open Source Hostel” because Darren is always happy to share his knowledge with existing and aspiring hostel owners. The Hostel Professional’s Library (HPL) represents our ever-developing body of knowledge taken directly from our hostel business plan, marketing plan, operations plan, manager’s manual and instructional videos.
When you join HostelManagement.com at the Hostel Professional Level or above, you’ll gain access to this business information to help you run your small hostel. Best of all, if you don’t find the information you are looking for you can send Darren a message and add to the library with answers personalized to your specific question.
