I made this website for the hostel I worked at a few years ago. I asked permission if I could make some changes to it since I noticed that the new staff isn't updating the blogs at all. The boss gave me the okay to make changes but I wanted some advice on what I should keep and take away from it.
btw she doesn't care what I do to the site as long as it still looks presentable.

I think that one of the best ways to make a hostel look welcoming is to feature photos of smiling people who are looking at the camera. :)
If the hostel has a good photo, one idea would be to put it in that blank white space on the home page...
