Awesome multilingual couple (Photographer and Business expert) with experience looking for a managerial position

Hey everyone!

We are an absolutely fun, open-minded couple that has strong work ethics and experience in the hospitality industry. After living a bit of corporate life here in Europe, we’re really keen on moving to a place where we can better express ourselves.

Let me introduce you to us (and for the sake of keeping things short and interesting, I’ve bullet pointed things about us)… ☺

Hi, my name is Shayne…

- I was born in South Africa and at the age of 6, moved to Mauritius Island for 15 years.
- I completed all my schooling and IB diploma’s there as well as learning French and the native Creole language.
- I fell inlove with scuba diving and became a Dive Master. Through diving, I started photography.
- I eventually moved to Zanzibar for 2 years where I worked professionally as a photographer as well as managing 3 hostels (all of which I are highly rated on trip advisor)
- I have a huge amount of experience in the tourism industry as growing up on an island, you are constantly surrounded by it.
- My photography was focused on Hotels and Interiors as well as lifestyle.

I absolutely love photography and having this skill in a hostel environment is a complete bonus when it comes to social media and marketing. I get on exceptionally well with all people and can work in a very professional manner yet keeping the friendliness alive.

Hi, I’m Melanie!

- I was born in Germany
- I finished an apprenticeship as a Commercial Business Administrator
- And worked for many years in a corporate environment, managing international projects.
- Ive lived in Finland to work for the project management of one of Europe’s largest construction sites
- I am fluent in English, and German obviously, and can speak a bit of French
- I am currently studying a web design course and I really enjoy the creative sides of life such as photography, design and sports such as kitesurfing.

So there’s a bit about us. As you can probably see, us as a team works out to be a dynamic duo. We have a high degree of business expertise as well as hospitality experience. Plus, we are super out going, friendly, creative and passionate about what we do!

We’d be interested in looking for paid jobs and can be either short or long term. We do have a little boston terrier dog (and when I say little, I mean little – she’s miniature I think) so we hope that she can join us too!
