As many of you should know, Algarve is (still) a beautiful beach paradise in the south of Portugal with gorgeous weather almost every year and so much to discover beside its marvellous beaches. Portimão, in particular, is a cosmopolitan city presenting a variety of beautiful golden beaches, crystal clear blue sea, framed by nature cliffs and rocks luring into fantasy and paradise.
Nevertheless, there is a lack of budget accomodation in this particular area that's why an investment in opening a hostel here is certainly very interesting.

For those willing to invest in Portimão, I inform you that I own a building in the downtown area, in "Art Nouveau" style, very well preserved, with three street fronts, four fractions of excellent areas for housing (three of them with very nice terraces) and another fraction reserved for warehouse / garage .
All units are perfectly adaptable to form a small hostel whose major points would be the beauty of the building and its interior as well as the excellent location in the city, close to transport and also next to the renewed waterfront of the town​​, full of cafes, esplanades and other entertainment.
The short distance (2,5 km) to the famous Praia da Rocha and its surrondings is also a must!
