Does anyone have any recommendations of systems that combine the channel management, pms, pos, and accounting into one?
Right now we are using Loventis with myallocator for our PMS, an open source POS system, and cloud accounting. We like all three, but we still have to manually enter information between each system. Would be nice to have it all in one package.

I might be able to help you some of the way.
GuestCentrix for Hostels has a fully featured PMS, a highly configurable POS designed for touchscreen terminals, with optional Inventory Management.
Whilst we don't have a Channel Manager built in, GuestCentrix does connect to SiteMinder and allows for a seamless connection then to multiple online booking channels, such as Hostelworld, Hostelbookers, Hostels.com, Booking.com etc etc. The PMS controls the availability of dorms and beds to the channels, as well as the rates. These can be yielded and controlled from GuestCentrix. All bookings are then inserted automatically into the PMS. There is then an option to even allow the system to auto-allocate the beds or dorm as well, removing the need for staff to manually perform this task.
Lastly, we provide again a semi-seamless integration to many leading GL and Accounts systems. Each day GuestCentrix creates a small extract file, that is imported into the GL or Accounts system, so you don;t have to manually type in this information.

HostelOffice generates reports automatically as often as you want that are sent in CSV format direct to the accountant's email address so they are in the format to be uploaded to the accounting software.

HostelProfessional.com does all of that. Its a PMS made for hostels, not hotels, with a customizable POS and accounting abilities and pretty good reports. Loventis is old news.

Myallocator is easy, simple and affordable. We use it for all 3 of our properties. You can also take commission free payments on your website. Cloudbeds also offers a PMS system but its expensive...
