My name is Paul. I am owner of 3 hostels in Poland, and one in Portugal.
I have been to this business from 3 years, and I dream to open hostel in Germany, or France.

Where are your hostels located in Poland and Portugal? ... How are you able to manage multiple properties? .. How did you manage to open 3 hostels in 3 years? ... Do you own the buildings or lease? ... Sorry for overwhelming you with questions I'm just very interested to see how current hostel owners operate their enterprises.

I have hostel Orange in Cracow, Hostel Yellow in Cracow, and Hostel Lemon in Warsaw. In Lisbon, I have Hostel Lemon.
In my opinion, Poland is still very good place for this business, because we have low costs of work / compare to west european countries /, and there is still possible to find interesting location. I lease locals, but now, I am looking for an interesting local to buy.
To manage some hostels is not a problem. I have one coordinator / manager /, who lives in Cracow,and visits every week Warsaw. Portugal hostel is separate from other hostels, I decided for this, because I like Portugal, and I have fought good local there.

hi Paul...U r the right person whom I was looking for ı suppose...I need advise about hostel business in Poland..How much capital should ı need to start that business in Poland?Krakow, Gdansk or Zakopane I m thinking about as the region..At the beginning I cant buy the building but planning to rent...not in old town regions but at a local from where people can find easy transportation...Can u give me an idea how much do I need for such place?I will be thankful to u
