Hey all. My name is Zion. I live in San Francisco and I have a strong desire to open a hostel. There are three located in the city limits. I feel that with a focus, target clientele, and community support this can be a successful venture. I hope to learn a lot in the next coming months as i would like to have my project off the ground within the next 18 months. Thanks for being available.

There are a lot more than three large hostels in SF, I am quckily learning. It does not dampen my desire to open one with a small niche market. What kind of of property allows for hosteling. Does anyone have experience in choosing property and what they had to look for as far as zoning?
