Hello from Tim (NZ/UK/AUS) looking at S America

Hey everyone,

I'm Tim(my), a 30 year old guy who's a lifelong traveller.

Always wanted to run my own guesthouse/hostel, and finally think the time is about right.

I've lived in the UK, New Zealand, and currently Australia. Because rent/property is so expensive in these countries, I've been thinking that it would be better on a business level, and more exciting on a personal level, to have a hostel in South America.

I've been browsing the ads for hostels for sale, but does anyone know of any other hostels on the market?or where to find them...

I'm actually flying in to Brazil next month, so could potentially look at prospective places.

I'm potentially looking for a business partner too, someone else to help share the workload, so if you're interested then get in touch...

Also does anyone know the immigration status that I would have to apply for - essentially is it easy enough to get a business visa for Argentina/Chile/Brazil...
