Hello from Warsaw!

Hi everyone! I represent cooperative Emma Hostel from Warsaw. We are collective of 6 people and we run Emma from February this year. It seems we are first polish(?) hostel here or am I wrong? Anyway, this site is getting more and more interesting especially that we manage our hostel together with no boss or separate manager, so it seems here ia a bunch of useful informations. Sometimes, such self-managing is quite difficult, but we enjoy a lot! Basicly, we have meetings once a week and we discuss until we find consensus. We're still learning since we've never run a hostel before.
