Help needed to buy a hostel

Hi to everybody, I need some guide or people that can direct me to buy a hostel
Actually I already talked to a couple of people who have hostels for sale (just businesses, not properties)
My main concern is that I am 43 (is there any age to start hostel business?) and have not a clue about the business
I am from Argentina but, here the future is uncertain due to political/economic problems
Anybody could give a hand, I am looking to buy one in Hungary or settle one in Mexico
