I've been in the rental business for 15 years in New York City. I've purchased a Brownstone on a tree lined block in Harlem (SOHA), and I'm looking to open a Hostel. There is already one next door and it seems to be doing very well but it's extremely private and I really want to try this. Any suggestions for a Hostel novice?:)
