Hi, fellows in misery

Look guys i will try to introduce myself, one thing i really hate. Reminds me of school.
I am managing, or more being the manager on duty in a really busy backpackers in Australia, Fremantle. Originally i am from Germany and will gain my residency through that job

The Old Fire Station Backpackers in Fremantle Western Australia, i am working here for the last 3 1/2 years and implemented so many thins here, jukebox, media library, office procedures, kitchen cleaning, CCTV, i was pretty much involved in every step to make this place the best place on earth. Also studied hospitality in Australia to stay in the country after my sponsorship has been refused. If you want to know anything you can ask me, still working here and have a lot of things in my mind i really want to do with the backpackers i am working for, actually my backpacker. It is my personal thing, to make this place better.

So i am seeking for a lot of advice from you guys and can give a lot of advice as well. Just ask me and i will try to do my best.
