Hostel in Myanmar / Burma

I am relatively new to this forum and have enjoyed perusing the site over the past couple of months since I started thinking about potentially opening a hostel.

Having traveled a lot over the years and dreamt of opening a hostel of my own I am now in a position financially to do so and am beginning to think about potential countries to start my project. One of the countries I have been fortunate enough to have one of my most memorable traveling experiences in is Myanmar (Burma). I visited a number of years ago and then returned last year to witness some drastic changes happening in the country. Tourism and industry is rapidly growing and I'm wondering if Myanmar may be a good option to start up a small hostel business. Politically there are obviously a lot of reasons not to, but this is a country changing in so many ways right now and It may be worth a gamble getting in there early.

Does anyone have any experience in the hospitality industry in Myanmar? Or does anyone know if it's actually possible for a non Burmese nationals to start up a hostel business at this stage in the country?

Like I say, just knocking around ideas at this stage.
