Hostel Opportunity in the US Virgin Islands

I am a senior at North Carolina State University and I am interested in opening up a hostel in St. Thomas, USVI in the Caribbean. I grew up in St. Thomas and my family is from there. I have property in the downtown area where we still own Tillett Gardens, which is a outdoor compound for artists and retail. (www.tillettgardens.com)

My grandma used to live in Tillett Gardens and her house still stands in the heart of the compound. We currently rent it out, but when I graduate I want to turn her old house into a Hostel. I don't want to give too much info on the forum, but right now I am looking for financial help to get the Hostel started and any other investment opportunities.
