just got my building, its a dentist office with some great 50's style. 2500' with 8 small rooms all with sinks.
seems like a great building for a hostel. i have been working at finding a building for my purpose of a bikeshop/hostel. i have ran my bike shop for a year now and want to merge the two.
i'm getting the first and starting renovation. only has one toilet and no showers.

i have a few couch surfing friends who host and turn down 4 people a week.
hope to get some of those and bands coming through.
its really an amazing stop over location that quite a few Europeans make
it a 2 day stop to see palo duro canyon and the Cadillac Ranch
.
there was a big hit song in europe/UK that put us on the map over here. weird i know.

Yes, everyone will be asking the way to Amarillo.:)
And they know that they are only 24 hours from Tulsa.;)
And they will want to stay in Wichita to see that linesman.:)
