How to reduce fake ratings?

I had an idea.
Now on HW , HB the rating is the same if somebody booked for a bed in dormitory or if a group book for 55 person.
To reduce fake bookings and fake ratings it must be filterred.
It would be separated like: 1 dormitory bed 75 ratings avarage 96%
twin room 34 ratings 93% , 12 bed group 4 ratings avarage 67%.
On HB featured listings are expensive, on HW is no but hostels.com belong to HW also expensive the top of the list. There are about 5 advertisors, but not 50 cheater. You could not stop the cheating, but it would be much more expensive, you should pay not 3-8 euro for a fake ratings ( 10% of a 1 day booking for 1 bed dorm), but pay 80-100 euro, I think reduce the fake bookings.
Some kind of filtering is now on hotel agent website like : single, young couple, mature couple, group e.t.c. it could be developped more.
The current ratings are not honest (especially in Budapest)
