When you look through your reviews in the Hostelworld Inbox, there is a column that says "Reply". Click the "Reply" link to comment on the review.
How to reply to the review from hostelworld ?

I can not find the reply for review in my hostels inbox
how does it works ?
should I press - ''ADVANCED SEARCH'' ?
then search ... I find the booker but there is nothing about comment on review !
what buttons should I press to be able to comment the review ???

Yes , I made a couple attempts and finally , I got it.
REPORTS and then CUSTOMMERS RATINGS and then I have access to the reply. by clicking REPLY

I'd be interested to know if, and how, people reply to a negative comment once they've found the reply button :P
I think it's important not to come across as bitter or bitchy about their feedback.
The only negative comment I've replied too was regarding our location, and the availability of bathrooms.
The guest managed to miss a whole big bathroom on their floor, so rather than point this out bluntly, I said we'd look in to improving the signage for bathrooms. For the location I just said that while we aren't exactly central we love the parks, and cafes in our area and wouldn't be anywhere else.
The aim was for anyone reading my comment, to think that we're trying to improve and love where we are. Both true!

It is not very good on hostelworld. The bad review is in front and the answer is only in a window after a click, so much less visitor see it.
