I am looking for work in a hostel over the summer in return for food & accommodation or money

19 year old English speaker looking for work in Europe over the summer. I am currently on a gap year and am looking to earn some experience working in a hostel in Europe over the summer. I am fluent in English and I have a comfortable knowledge of French & Spanish and a basic conversational knowledge of Italian & German.
