Im looking to open a backpackers in Europe.

Hi there, my name is Jules. I just joined this site only yesterday, I was really happy that I found it as I didnt think that such a site exhisted and its just what Im after.
Ive spent much of my life travelling as that has been my passion for so long and have worked in several places around the world. A couple of years ago it hit me what I wanted to do with my life, it had been starring at me in the face for so long, to open my own place.
Im British but currently live in Granada, Spain. Originally I planned to open a place here in Granada until I realised that property here is still rather expensive especially now that the pound has fallen so sharply against the euro.
So Im looking for any tips that anyone may have, if Spain is a good choice? or if there are any possibilites elsewhere in Europe, how can I start searching for properties, are there any websites that are listing hostels for sale.
Im open to buying somewhere that is an on going concern or simply a shell that has potential, though that leads to more complications. Im also open to the idea of renting for now, although buying my own place is my preference.
Which countries in Europe are more business friendly? and where property is not too overpriced.
I would much appreciate any help or suggestions you may have to set me on my way.
