Hi! My name is Luciana and we are just now opening Kapake in Buenos Aires Argentina along with Fernando, Paula, Shaun, Ignacio and Mariana.
We are eager to interact with you all since we know there is so much to learn on this activity.
I will post pictures so you know where I am and I´ll answer your posts as I see them.

Here´s something I wrote.
Finishing Kapake was a hassle, an adventure I recommend to anyone seeking adrenaline.
"Now What?", I think as I stare myself in the dusty still-to-be reception mirror.
How are we going to show this to the world?
Who are we going to address? Who will be our target?
How much money do I have to do this?
Do I have anyone to count with?
These 5 first questions where easy to answer: We have to talk...we need to agree, and then talk to the owner!
Kapake was made out of efforts: economic, personal and particular from each of us that want to be part of it´s history. And it was difficult to give birth to...
And it´s just not another hostel...It is the one we have built from zero.

An ex girl friend once said "Chris - it is impossible to have a relationship with you - you are already married - to the hostel!"
You have put your heart and soul into the place - of course it will succeed - but it may take time.

I´m not like this with the hostel, I´m always like this...:o
There´s few people that understand my commitment to my work...But that´s not a reason to chage it, lol!
