Looking at using one of our church buildings as a hostel

Yes we have an old 1890s house that is located in the heart of Franklin NC, which is very involved with the hikers that pass through annually in the spring during the height of Appalachian Trail season. I am myself involved in the Adventure Fitness industry. I also am involved in the travel industry and promote Adventure Fitness in western North Carolina.

I have actually run an 1898 inn in Franklin in the past.

I would appreciate any input to developing a backpack hostel.
