One idea is to contact some of the other hostels in the country and try to set up a partnership with them (different city). They might help you get started and you could send guests to each other.

I'm a French woman and I own a beautiful project in Taganga Santa Marta: DIVANGA B&B that I want to complete and improve, could be managed by yourself. The investment should be in around 60 millions Colombian pesos and we could define it together, it' improvement of the building for decreasing heat in the hostel, increase capacity and highlight bar and restaurant.
Taganga has a very interesting location near Tayrona Park and there are many activities that can be promoted. The hostel include a restaurant and a roof top bar that I promoted strongly lately with good results. I also manage a tourism information office to support my activity. Finally I' m used to manage Rh in the area and offer allthe knowledge for administrative, legal and operational aspects.
