Sounds great... there is definitely potential there with all of the students and the tourists going up the coast in the summer.

Hi
I am looking to open a hostel in Portland Maine. Currently I own a B&B and would like to buy another building in downtown and convert to a Hostel. There is currently no low coast place to stay in within the city of Portland or any Hostel description on the city books. So now working with city to get that accomplished and need to see what other cities are doing for Hostels in regards to planning and zoning.
