My First time managing a hostel!! :)

I've worked a couple desk jobs, now im a manager! In a Europe hostel, (I'll add it to the site soon)
If there are any experienced managers who wouldn't mind letting me contact them regularly, if I have questions or problems...?
I haven't started yet so I don't know what the hostels like, but its got a 90 ratio on hostelworld...

If your at a hostel in Europe, lets talk! We can put up fliers for each others hostels and recommend each others hostels to guests when they ask about our respective cities!

The hostel is in Riga, Latvia.
Its a small, quite hostel, I'm basically on my own here except for a weekend girl, and I only got like 1 day of training... haha... but everything has been good so far... The job is easier then I thought, just a matter of getting the hang of a few procedural stuff... thanks for the offers of help! I hope I dont need to take you guys up on them! :)

Well done and congrats with your new post. I am not a GM, only managing reservations in quite large hostel (550 beds) if there is anything I can help you out with feel free to ask.
